Are you up for the challenge? THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: Support the stores and distribution centers in inventory processes. Assist IT and Supply Chain with project requirements and implementation. Play a key role in day-to-day operations within the inventory control department. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Assist on projects and perform user acceptance testingActively participate in period, quarter, and year-end accounting close process`Analyze and reconcile store inventories, cycle counts and inventory adjustmentsReview and approve physical inventory results and chargebacks Prepare journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport Supply Chain and IT with issue resolutionSupport the distribution center cycle count program, inventory sync process, and reportingAnalyze shrink related information and generate periodic reports for management Assist with inventory control tasks related to review of damages, RTV issues and store transfersParticipate in the onboarding and training of new hiresCreate and maintain inventory control training documentation, as neededCollaborate with district managers, store managers and loss preventionAct as a liaison with our third-party inventory providers – provide feedback and guidance THE ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS: Undergraduate degree (accounting / finance / business), 3+ years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceGood communication, writing and interpersonal skillsSolid analytical skills and accounting knowledgeExcellent organization and prioritization skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Previous SAP experience a plusAbility to work effectively in a team environment WORKING CONDITIONS Hybrid work environmentOccasional overtime may be required during peak busy times The pay range for this position is $59,000.00 - $72,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
