Inventory Control Analyst
Job Description
The Inventory Control Analyst supports inventory management and control activities within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems through transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Support daily, weekly, and periodic cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Investigate and resolve basic inventory discrepancies (quantity, location, transactions).
- Monitor inventory levels and report variances or risks impacting production or operations.
- Assist with inventory movement, transfers, and system updates to ensure traceability.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Support inventory audits by gathering data, documentation, and reconciliation records.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, inventory policies, and quality system requirements.
- Maintain accurate item master data, inventory locations, and material attributes.
- Generate routine inventory reports and dashboards for operational visibility.
- Identify basic process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems and inventory processes.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory audits, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution processes.

Pay Range
This role in Livermore, California pays between $59,400.00 and $77,910.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
