Inventory Clerk (Tues - Sat 0530 - 1400)

About the role

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or support for work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Master of Organization: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Cycle Count Expert: Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
• Inventory Whisperer: Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.
• Root Cause Detective: Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause.
• Status Savvy: Properly manage inventory at varying status levels and ensure proper handling.
• Forklift Pro: Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks.
• Collaborative Communicator: Work alongside customers and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Tackle other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot missing items and handle discrepancies.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
• Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other WMS preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Forklift Certified: Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
• Reliable: Dependable and able to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces, and experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other WMS.

Pay

$17.43 per hour + $0.75 per hour shift differential

Schedule

Tuesday – Saturday 5:30am – 2:00pm
