About the role
A Manufacturing Inventory Clerk tracks and reconciles stock, supplies materials to production lines, and ensures raw materials and finished goods are organized, accounted for, and put away in their proper place to prevent production delays.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Control & Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to reconcile records. Investigate and report any discrepancies.
- Receiving & Shipping: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and check for damage. Process outbound shipments and kitted assemblies.
- Material Handling: Pull and pack components based on work orders and deliver goods to the appropriate manufacturing or assembly areas.
- Systems Management: Enter receiving, issuing, and transferring data into MRP/ERP systems. Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items. Keeps inventory, loading areas, machinery, and workstations clean and organized. Update the ERP system as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Competencies
- Basic math skills and computer skills
- Ability to read & write in English
- Comprehension of written instructions

- Ability to work in the company’s ERP system
- An ability to safely operate equipment and necessary tools
- Prior experience or certification with material handling equipment (such as a forklift or pallet jack) is highly preferred

- Comply with all company safety rules and guidelines

Schedule
Full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. (Subject to change based on business demands)
