Inventory Clerk

We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join a team in Little Rock, Arkansas in a contract opportunity with permanent potential. This role focuses on keeping inventory records organized and accurate across warehouse, purchasing, and accounting activities while supporting daily operational needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in multiple systems, and able to collaborate with internal partners to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are tracked correctly. Responsibilities: • Manage the full receiving cycle by entering and updating incoming materials in company systems with a high level of accuracy. • Reconcile inventory information between Kojo and Foundation to help maintain consistent records across platforms. • Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to connect purchase orders with the appropriate documentation and transactions. • Prepare inventory, receiving, and usage reports to support operational visibility and decision-making. • Monitor and update records for materials, tools, and equipment within warehouse and inventory systems. • Gather usage details from the Service Department and record warehouse inventory activity in a timely manner. • Provide day-to-day administrative and inventory support to the Supply and Warehouse Manager as business needs require. • Previous experience in inventory control, receiving, warehouse administration, or a similar support role.• Proficiency with ERP systems and the ability to work across multiple software platforms.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and record accuracy.• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including accounting and warehouse staff.• Customer service mindset with the ability to respond professionally to internal requests.
