Seeking a motivated individual to join the Materials Management Team as an Inventory Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Computer work related to issuing supplies and processing requisitions, including scanning of packing lists.
• Restocking non‑chargeable Pyxis supply items.
• Stocking hospital and clinic departments' supplies for both chargeable and non‑chargeable items.
• Checking in freight.
• Delivering freight to various departments.
• Restocking IV bags in Med Pyxis and checking out dates for the IV bags.
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Spot‑checking inventory on a quarterly basis.
• Conducting inventory count at the end of each fiscal year.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work independently.
• Well organized and able to set priorities.
• High reliability (attendance).
• High school diploma.
