Inventory Clerk

About the role

We are seeking an organized, reliable Inventory Clerk who takes ownership of their work. In this hands‑on position you will keep operations running smoothly by performing daily cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and improving documentation processes. You will receive, inspect, and process incoming parts while collaborating with teams across multiple facilities. The role requires standing on your feet, lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds, and consistently delivering accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and spot checks of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems.
• Help improve and document inventory processes.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts.
• Work closely with teams across multiple facilities.
• Safely handle inventory and incoming parts while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with inventory systems.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working on your feet.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Pay

• Base Salary Range: $17.00 – $20.38 per hour, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs.
• Potential annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance; not guaranteed.
