Responsibilities
- Pulling, counting, and issuing components to work orders for production.
- Performing daily cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy.
- Daily stocking/putting away transactions for materials.
- Processing and completing work orders into the stockroom locations.
- Developing and maintaining stockroom cleanliness.
- Gathering information to support slow-moving inventory reductions.
- Assisting in annual physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Assisting with parts going out for outside processing such as chromate, anodize, brazing, etc.
- Aiding in preparing cycle count data for distribution.
- Aiding in expediting material through internal operations (from MS, to Iridite, to Paint).
- Pulls parts/materials for work orders and places them in designated locations.
- Adjusts inventory and pulls sheet counts. Updates pick tickets.
- Maintains “Sign Out” log for those parts/materials that are not on work order pull sheets. Submits to Production Manager for inventory follow-up.
- Helps with shipping and receiving when needed.
- Works with production to address any shortages or damaged parts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Experience and Skills: 1+ years of experience in the use of MS Windows based computers, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access Data-Entry). Experience with Costpoint, or similar production planning database software is a plus. Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to lift 50 pounds to waist level. Ability to walk up rolling warehouse ladders while lifting to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods.
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
