About the role

CJ Logistics America seeks an Inventory Clerk to join their team and ensure inventory runs smoothly. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Master of Organization: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
  • Cycle Count Expert: Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
  • Inventory Whisperer: Track and update product movement, identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
  • Root Cause Detective: Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause.
  • Status Savvy: Manage inventory at varying status levels and ensure proper handling.
  • Forklift Pro: Operate a Sit-Down Forklift for inventory counts and other tasks.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Work with customers and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot missing items and handle discrepancies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience with AS400 and/or WMS preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Forklift Certified: Experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift.

Pay

$21.00-$23.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential

Schedule

3A - Tuesday thru Saturday: 11:30pm to 8:00am (starts Monday night) 3B - Sunday thru Thursday: 11:30pm to 8:00am (starts Saturday night)
