The Travel Inventory Associate travels with the team weekly to customer locations across their region. Responsibilities include scanning barcodes for current inventory at customer locations to provide accurate inventory information, assisting customers in making better business decisions.
Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conducting vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. This role ensures the safe transport of associates while increasing customer satisfaction and meeting company goals.
Responsibilities
- Scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations
- Travel weekly to customer locations across the region

- For drivers: Safely transport team members to and from inventory events
- Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements
- Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning
- Stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking
- Perform repetitive motions using both hands and wrists
- Frequently assume low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching)
- Frequently use a ladder
- Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays (3–5 days per week)
Requirements
- Ability to stay in hotels up to 4 nights per week (employer expense, includes out-of-state travel)
- No previous inventory experience necessary
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, picking, packing, driving, and/or warehouse work is a plus
- Access to reliable transportation
Driver Requirements
- Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations
