Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Receives returned material stock and assesses its suitability for restocking through disassembly, inspection, and evaluation.
- Utilizes a computer terminal to accurately record and account for material issues, returns, and receipts, including new materials and associated back orders.
- Adheres to strict accounting procedures.
- Counsults with key personnel to implement process improvements that enhance location accuracy and overall productivity levels.
- Expedites the daily flow of all special order SKUs, including labeling, locating, and ensuring timely shipping.
- Troubleshoots and resolves any issues related to special orders from the time of receipt.
- Ensures that the unit of measure for received items matches the unit of measure for outgoing items.
- Collaborates with key personnel to implement process improvements that enhance location accuracy and overall productivity levels.
- Participates in a collaborative work environment utilizing effective communication and willingness to cross train to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development.
- Complies with comprehensive safety protocols and participates in ongoing training to ensure a secure work environment and maintain a safety-conscious culture.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Preferred: High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification; 1 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and Outlook, ERP Systems preferred
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Has the ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Work Environment: This role involves working in a warehouse setting. In the warehouse, standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, cameras, and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Forklift, Order Picker, Pallet Jack, etc.) are used.
- Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employee to successfully perform the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Standing: Must be able to frequently remain in a stationary position
- Walking: Must be able to frequently move about inside the warehouse to access product and machinery, etc. Must be able to stand and walk 60% of time, lift up to 40 lbs. normal, up to 70 lbs. less than 10% of time.
