Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments.
- Verify products for accuracy, condition, and completeness upon arrival.
- Accurately put away inventory within designated storage locations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure inventory storage areas.
- Pull products accurately for customer orders for the Fulfillment Team to package and ship.
- Create and manage inventory transfers between departments and operational locations.
- Work closely with the Store Operations Associate to facilitate inventory movement and operational support.
- Process customer returns and ensure inventory is properly reconciled within internal systems.
- Conduct weekly inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies and own inventory adjustments as needed.
- Track and manage products awaiting warranty cards, documentation, or additional processing.
- Assist with loading, unloading, shelving, and organizing inventory as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Fulfillment, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to support seamless day-to-day operations.
- Uphold Teddy Baldassarre brand standards through accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or stock control preferred.
- Ability to read and understand packing lists, invoices, inventory reports, and transfer documentation.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.
- Comfortable using inventory systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move inventory throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods of time.
- Ability to safely handle high-value products with care and attention.
Schedule & Location
- This is a full-time, onsite position, located in North Olmsted, Ohio.
- Standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of extended hours during peak business periods.
