Inventory Associate
About the role
The role of Advertising Inventory Associate at Intersection is central to the advertising campaign lifecycle. This position supports revenue generation, operational execution, and inventory strategy across Transit and Out-of-Home advertising portfolios. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing advertising inventory, ensuring accurate scheduling, operational feasibility, and alignment with client expectations. The role requires balancing day-to-day execution with a proactive mindset towards process improvement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train with fellow Inventory team members on inventory management workflows, operational processes, and core systems including Quattro, CRM, and Salesforce.
- Develop a strong understanding of Intersection’s advertising products, inventory structure, and market offerings.
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners across Sales, Client Success, Operations, Production, and RevOps.
- Support basic availability requests, inventory holds, campaign scheduling, and work order management.
- Communicate proactively with Sales and Operations regarding campaign changes, scheduling conflicts, posting instructions, and execution timelines.
- Provide strategic inventory recommendations and maximize revenue opportunities based on market knowledge.
- Troubleshoot operational and inventory-related issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, or opportunities for operational improvements within existing systems and processes.
- Cross-train across markets and products to support broader team coverage and operational resiliency.

- Experience with workflow automation, process optimization, reporting tools, AI-assisted workflows, or operational systems improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in advertising, media, operations, logistics, inventory management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Workspace, or inventory/order management systems.
- Experience with workflow automation, process optimization, reporting tools, AI-assisted workflows, or operational systems improvements.

Pay
Total cash compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
Schedule
Hybrid Work Policy: Our team operates on a hybrid schedule to balance flexibility with face-to-face collaboration. We require all employees to be in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday. Starting in September, this requirement will transition to three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
