Inventory Associate

As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you will safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials, transport raw materials to production workstations, and ensure the production floor is fully stocked while anticipating the needs of the production teams. You will also maintain a safe and organized work environment, comply with company policies, and support the overall flow of materials from receiving through to the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries
- Transport raw materials to production workstations and storage areas
- Ensure the production floor is fully stocked, anticipating the needs of the production teams
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Comply with all company policies and guidelines
- Foster a safe and healthy work environment, compliant with standards and legal regulations
- Unload and store materials in their appropriate locations
- Identify and report damages upon unpacking to leadership
- Report shortages and quality deficiencies to leadership
- Keep updated and accurate records of inventory
- Produce and maintain activity logs
- Coordinate the movement of materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks
- Anticipate production team needs to ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Communicate proactively with leadership regarding any supply or quality concerns
- Support the overall flow of materials from receiving through to the production floor
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a forklift operator or similar role
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated problem-solver
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma

Pay
The base range is $20/hr-$24/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
