Responsibilities
- Lead complex investigations of inventory discrepancies, transaction errors, and lot, location, status, or system differences; determine root cause, business impact, required corrections, and preventive actions.
- Analyze receipts, issues, transfers, returns, adjustments, manufacturing consumption, cycle counts, and related ERP activity to distinguish isolated errors from recurring processes, training, master-data, procedural, or system-control failures.
- Process and reconcile approved inventory adjustments in ERP LX with accurate reason codes, required approvals, and complete supporting documentation.
- Coordinate assigned cycle-count and physical-inventory activities, including count generation, recounts, variance reconciliation, cut-off controls, reporting, record retention, and follow-up corrective actions.
