Introducing our new Collections tool in Slice

Organizing and Sharing Collections

• Create Collections by course or topic.
  • Members can view an example Collection here.
  • Subcollections can be created for further organization.
• Access the Collections tool from the navigation menu in Slice or by clicking here.
• Add images and layers to a Collection:
  • Using the Collections icon while viewing the image.
  • Adding images individually from the search results using the Add to Collection button.
  • Selecting images or layers in your Favourites or Annotated Collections.
• Reorder Collection items to present them in the desired order.
• Share a Collection:
  • Copy and share the URL while viewing the Collection.
  • Click the Share action to set permissions regarding who can view and duplicate the Collection.

Benefits

The Collections feature simplifies the process of sharing and organizing images and layers for educational purposes, reducing the need to manage multiple links in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
