About the role
Custodians and Custodial Leads are needed in Montgomery, AL.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are in good working condition and replenish as necessary.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in custodial work preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
