Responsibilities
- Implement programming as identified on individual client treatment plans as directed by the BCBA or BCaBA.
- Receive and implement direction provided by BCBA or BCaBA while working with a client.
- Complete accurate documentation of client specific goals with daily data collection via Motivity or other methods in emergency situations.
- Accurately complete session notes in Motivity and obtain signatures from parents.
- Provide at least 15 clinical direct support hours to clients in home, school, or community-based programs.
- Develop and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, families, and coworkers.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand.
- Have fun, be silly, be creative, and be yourself!
Qualifications
- RBT Certification preferred but not required at hiring.
- If no RBT Certification, must complete certification process within 90 days from hire date.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma required.
- Valid state driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
- Able to perform basic math functions.
- Flexible, Compassionate, energetic, and hard working.
- Good Time Management and Organization skills.
- BLS or CPR/FA required.
