About the role
The ideal candidate will be board-eligible or certified in Gastroenterology with interventional procedural capabilities, including ERCP and EUS procedures. This full-time position focuses on excellent patient care within a high-volume, well-established practice. You will quickly build a busy patient panel and access ample procedural block time, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment for endoscopic procedures. The practice includes approximately 0.5 to 1 day per week in clinic and covers 72-73 call shifts annually at Longs Peak Hospital.
Epic EMR is utilized system-wide.
Responsibilities
- Perform ERCP and EUS procedures
- Provide general gastroenterology care with a focus on therapeutic endoscopy
- Build and manage a patient panel in a high-volume practice
- Participate in call shifts (approximately 72-73 annually)
Support
- Collaborate with a team of three gastroenterologists
- Work alongside three surgery schedulers, two registered nurses, and an experienced team of medical assistants
