Interventional Technologist I

About the role

Perform imaging, diagnostic, and interventional procedures to diagnose and treat cardiac and vascular conditions. Operate independently while providing expert-level care within organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures
• Assist physicians with cardiac and vascular interventional procedures
• Analyze imaging results
• Educate patients on procedures and follow-up care
• Troubleshoot and maintain imaging equipment
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met

Requirements

• ARRT Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) certification
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire)
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in interventional procedures
• Relevant certifications such as VI, RCES, or RCIS
• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills
