Interventional Radiology Technologist Lead

Position: Interventional Procedures Technician Lead Location: Naperville, IL Type: Full-Time, day shift, rotating hours with on-call responsibilities Role Overview: Perform angiographic and vascular radiologic procedures while leading daily departmental activities. Serve as a clinical and operational resource, overseeing staff assignments, workflow, and supporting patient care. Contribute to quality improvement, radiation safety, equipment management, and policy implementation. Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois IEMA license and ARRT certification, graduate of AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, CPR/BLS certification, ACLS within 12 months. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology. Proficiency in EKG and hemodynamic monitoring, with leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
