About the role
The Registered Nurse in the Interventional Radiology department at Northside Hospital will provide care to patients undergoing minimally invasive procedures under the supervision of interventional radiologists.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare team
- Prepare operating rooms for procedures
- Collaborate with interventional radiologists and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN license in Georgia
- At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer systems used in healthcare settings
Skills
- Knowledge of interventional radiology techniques
