Interventional Radiology Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing image-guided procedures
• Manage pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient needs
• Conduct patient assessments, administer IV medications, and monitor moderate sedation
• Document care and educate patients about procedures and post-care instructions
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and the healthcare team to ensure quality and safety
• Utilize advanced imaging and health IT systems in a dynamic environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure
• Experience or knowledge in interventional radiology or related fields
• Strong patient assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
• Comfort with advanced imaging and health IT systems
