Job Summary
The Interventional Radiologist will join the Radiology Department at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, working within a supportive Dignity Health Medical Group environment. The department provides comprehensive imaging services, including inpatient, emergency, and outpatient services, and offers teaching and research opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Practice up to 100% Interventional Radiology, managing a diverse caseload including interventional oncology, portal hypertension, venous/thromboembolic disease, dialysis interventions, lymphatic interventions, and trauma.
- Manage a case load that includes interventional oncology, portal hypertension, venous/thromboembolic disease, dialysis interventions, lymphatic interventions, and trauma.
- Collaborate with diagnostic and interventional radiology residents, rotating residents, and medical students.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
- Communicate effectively and thrive in a collegial and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Board-eligible/Board-certified in Interventional Radiology.
- Active or eligible license in the states of Arizona and Nevada.
- Medical Doctor (M.D. or D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Interventional Radiology Residency Program.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
