Interventional Radiology/Endovascular RN

About the Role

Join our dedicated team in Morristown, NJ, where you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the care plan for critically ill medical and surgical patients undergoing invasive procedures under Fluoroscopy and general X-ray modalities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invasive procedures in Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Neurosurgical interventions, using aseptic techniques per AORN guidelines.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture for Interventional Radiology patients and their families.
• Develop and maintain competencies related to the care and management of Interventional Radiology patients.
• Function within an integrated Health Care System to provide responsible, professional critical care nursing.
• Demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence) in every aspect of the job.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with Interventional Radiology or Cath lab experience.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Schedule

• 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• On-call required.
• Weekend rotations required.
