Interventional Procedures Tech - Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology

About the role

The Interventional Procedures Tech, Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $35.35 - $54.79 per hour, determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of technical and clinical duties requiring independent judgment to function as an integrated part of the laboratory team.
• Maintain responsibility for proper patient records and procedure logs.
• Monitor cardiac rhythm, hemodynamic waveform, and provide detailed documentation during routine and complex cardiology procedures.
• Provide monitoring during cardiogenic shock, acute MI, and cardiac arrest.
• Interpret EKG rhythm disorders and hemodynamic abnormalities.
• Become familiar with EKG and hemodynamic waveform recognition.
• Charge and complete all required documentation for procedures.

Requirements

• Certifications Required: ARRT, IEMA
• Certifications Preferred: RCIS
• Education: 2-year degree in an allied health field from an accredited school or equivalent
• CPR: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS within 1 year
• Experience: Previous Cath Lab experience highly preferred
