Interventional Pain Management Physician
About the Role
This is a full-time role for an Interventional Pain Management Physician. The ideal candidate is driven to grow their practice and contribute to the organization's mission of expanding our national footprint. We offer a comprehensive training program that equips physicians with the essential skills to manage chronic pain effectively, including assessing pain symptoms and creating customized, multidisciplinary treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Providers engage in hands-on training with fluoroscopically guided cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral procedures, such as epidurals, medial branch blocks/neurotomy, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and radiofrequency ablation. By emphasizing these advanced interventional techniques, we empower our providers to minimize the use of pain medications while delivering exceptional care in a private practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess pain symptoms and create customized, multidisciplinary treatment plans.
- Perform fluoroscopically guided procedures, including epidurals, medial branch blocks/neurotomy, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and radiofrequency ablation.
- Minimize the use of pain medications through advanced interventional techniques.
- Provide compassionate patient care with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain ethical practices, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork.
- Work effectively in a hybrid environment while maintaining work-life balance.
Requirements
- Expertise in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
- Professional experience in Spine care and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- In-depth understanding of general Medicine and clinical protocols.
- Board certification (or eligibility) in Pain Medicine.
- Commitment to ethical practices and collaborative teamwork.
Schedule
Monday through Friday with minimal after-hours call rotation.
