Interventional Cardiology

Responsibilities

• Focusing on critical STEMI and non-invasive call duties, alongside inpatient rounding responsibilities.
• Managing urgent cath needs and contributing to a busy service supported by Advanced Practice Providers for daily patient rounding.
• Handling STEMI call and urgent cath needs, particularly on weekends where non-invasive rounding is covered by others.
• Serving as a member of the day shift inpatient rounding team, often with APP assistance, managing daily volumes typically between 15-20 patients.

Requirements

• Licensed, board-eligible or board-certified in cardiology and Interventional cardiology.
• Motivated and able to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Well established, stable cardiovascular practice with strong referral patterns and a growing demand for advanced interventional heart services.

Skills

Exercise meaningful clinical autonomy while having the opportunity to influence the ongoing development and direction of the interventional heart program.

Pay

$400,000-$500,000 for full-time employment, actual salary may not fall within the listed range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
