Interventional Cardiologist Physician

About the role

The Interventional Cardiologist Physician will join a team of 4 Interventional Cardiologists, 3 EPs, 2 Noninvasive Cardiologists, 1 CHF specialist, and 5 NPs. The position offers hands-on experience in diverse procedures such as TAVRs, Watchman implants, pulmonary embolism interventions, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced coronary interventions including coronary angioplasty, stenting, thrombectomy, and atherectomy to provide STEMI call coverage.
• Consult for cardiovascular assessments within 10+ hours of requests.
• Participate in STEMI call/group call coverage.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in cardiovascular diagnosis, assessment, intervention, and patient care management.
• Knowledgeable regarding a Cardiologist Physician's scope of practice.
• Experience performing and interpreting ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and cardiac catheterization results.
• Mandatory experience in advanced coronary interventions.
• Ability to consult for cardiovascular assessments within 10+ hours of requests.
• STEMI call/group call coverage.
• Experience Current California Medical license.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
• Graduate from an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
• Graduate from an accredited Interventional Cardiology Fellowship program.
• Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
• Subspecialty Certification from the American Board of Cardiology.
• Board certified or board eligible.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable regarding a Cardiologist Physician's scope of practice.
• Experience performing and interpreting ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and cardiac catheterization results.
• Mandatory experience in advanced coronary interventions including coronary angioplasty, stenting, thrombectomy, and atherectomy to provide STEMI call coverage.
• Preferred experience in additional advanced interventional procedures such as peripheral arterial and venous interventions, structural heart interventions, and aortic endovascular interventions.
• Ability to consult for cardiovascular assessments within 10+ hours of requests.
• STEMI call/group call coverage.

$565K - $761K Annually
