About the role
This position involves providing clinical care with scheduled hours, call coverage, and inpatient and outpatient rounding.
Responsibilities
- Respond to 30-minute call responses with a 1:1 call ratio
- Manage approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
- Handle 3 admissions
- Conduct around 2 phone consultations
- Ensure timely patient care and efficient workflow during shifts
- Participate in inpatient and outpatient rounding
- Deliver high-quality clinical services with a focus on patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Possess relevant medical credentials
- Have clinical experience
- Ability to handle diverse patient cases efficiently
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to respond promptly to calls and manage patient load effectively
- Comfortable with inpatient and outpatient settings
