Interventional Cardiologist Locums

About the role

This role involves providing inpatient and outpatient cardiology services, including rounding on assigned patients, managing admissions, and conducting phone consultations. The position features a beeper call with a 45-minute response time, handling approximately 10 phone consults and 10 patient visits per 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and perform interventional cardiology procedures
• Ensure quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Round on assigned patients and manage admissions
• Conduct phone consultations

Requirements

• Fellowship training in interventional cardiology
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
