Interventional Cardiologist Locums Assistance

About the role

This position involves providing cardiology coverage with responsibilities including pacemaker implantation, echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), cardioversions, viability studies, nuclear stress tests, and cardiac CT scans.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret echocardiograms, EKGs, and Holter monitors
• Manage 6-15 patients daily, with 8 in the Cath Lab
• Perform diagnostic procedures as required

Requirements

• Experience in pacemaker implantation
• Proficiency in interpreting cardiac tests
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience with implantable loop recorders

Schedule

Ongoing coverage of 7-10 days per month.
