Interventional Cardiologist - Locums Assistance

This role involves providing outpatient and inpatient cardiology services with a focus on pacemaker implantation, echocardiograms, TEEs, cardioversions, viability studies, nuclear stress tests, and cardiac CT scans. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting echocardiograms, EKGs, and Holter monitors . The position requires managing approximately 6-15 patients daily, with an average of 8 patients in the Cath Lab, and offers 7-10 days of ongoing coverage per month . Key qualifications include experience in pacemaker implantation and proficiency in various diagnostic procedures. Preferred skills include implantable loop recorder interpretation. Compensation includes paid malpractice insurance, competitive pay, and pre-paid travel and housing expenses .
