About the role

Cardiovascular Logistics (CVL) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join Cardiovascular Institute of the South – Meridian (CIS) in Meridian, MS.

Ideal Candidate

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
  • Fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology
  • Desire a high-volume practice with an established patient and referral base
  • Interest in performing both coronary and peripheral interventions

Position Highlights

  • CIS in Meridian consists of 6 interventional cardiologists and 7 advanced practice clinicians
  • 24/7 Virtual Care Center support with APCs taking first call for physicians

  • Opportunity to perform coronary and peripheral interventions
  • CIS physicians co-manage the hospital’s cardiovascular service line and cath labs, providing meaningful physician leadership and operational support
  • Cardiovascular Service Line Director and Cath Lab Director are employed by CIS, ensuring strong physician alignment
