Interventional Cardiologist
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to parse the posting and extract sections.
The posting includes:
Overview: Interventional Cardiology Opportunity | Private Practice | Northwest Indiana | High Earning Potential
Then description: A growing physician-owned cardiovascular practice in Northwest Indiana is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join a collegial and highly productive team. This opportunity combines a strong procedural practice, robust referral network, and partnership-track potential in a market with continued growth.
Responsibilities: Actually there is a heading "Responsibilities" then "Opportunity Highlights" then bullet list.
Let's extract:
- Overview (maybe "About the role"): The paragraph describing the opportunity.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Opportunity Highlights" (maybe also "Responsibilities").
- Qualifications: The bullet list under "Qualifications".
- Benefits: The bullet list under "Compensation & Benefits" (including base compensation, additional STEMI call coverage pay, collections-based compensation model, partnership-track opportunity, comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance available). Also "Why Physicians Choose This Practice" maybe part of benefits or description.
- Pay: The posting includes "Base compensation $500,000 to $600,000+" and "Additional STEMI call coverage pay". Also "Compensation & Benefits" includes base compensation etc. Also later "Pay Transparency" section includes compensation estimate $500,000-$600,000. So we have pay details.
- Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's "Employment Status Full Time Shift Days". That's schedule info: Full Time, Shift Days. So we can include Schedule section.
- Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe not needed.
We must not create sections with filler. So we include sections where we have real content.
We need to use
for each section heading.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We need to use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, application instructions.
We need to drop Job ID/requisition numbers (none present). Also drop "Pay Transparency" maybe it's a heading but we can incorporate its content into Pay section.
We need to avoid creating Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation and benefits, so we can include.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now let's extract content precisely.
First, Overview / About the role:
Paragraph: "A growing physician-owned cardiovascular practice in Northwest Indiana is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join a collegial and highly productive team. This opportunity combines a strong procedural practice, robust referral network, and partnership-track potential in a market with continued growth."
Also maybe the first line "Overview Interventional Cardiology Opportunity | Private Practice | Northwest Indiana | High Earning Potential" could be considered overview but we should not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Interventional Cardiology Opportunity". We can treat the overview as the paragraph.
Now Responsibilities / Opportunity Highlights:
List:
- Join a private group consisting of 7 cardiologists and 3 APPs
- Established interventional program with strong community presence
- Case mix approximately: 70% STEMI/Emergent 30% Elective
- Advanced interventional capabilities include: CTO interventions, Atherectomy, IVUS, OCT
- Strong APP and clinical support structure
- High procedural volumes supported by an expanding referral base
- STEMI call coverage with additional compensation
We need to preserve all detail. The bullet list may be formatted as separate items.
Now Qualifications:
List:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Eligible for Indiana and Illinois medical licensure
- Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- New graduates and experienced cardiologists encouraged to apply
Now Benefits / Compensation & Benefits:
List:
- Base compensation $500,000 to $600,000+
- Additional STEMI call coverage pay
- Collections-based compensation model
- Partnership-track opportunity
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Relocation assistance available
Also "Why Physicians Choose This Practice" includes bullet points:
- Entrepreneurial private practice environment
- Significant autonomy and influence in practice growth
- Rapid patient access and strong referral relationships
- Aggressive expansion strategy, including: New PET-CT program, Additional satellite clinics, Planned ASC development, Continued provider growth
These could be considered benefits or description. We could include them under Benefits or maybe a separate section like "Practice Highlights". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put those under Benefits or maybe under About the role. Since they are reasons physicians choose the practice, they could be part of Benefits or About the role. But we already have About the role paragraph. Could add another paragraph under About the role? However we should not create new sections not in list unless we map to allowed headings. The instruction says use those as examples; we can use other headings? It says "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples but not exclusive? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings where appropriate. We can also create other headings if needed, but better to stick to those.
We have content for: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We also have "Why Physicians Choose This Practice" which could be part of Benefits or About the role. Since Benefits already includes compensation and benefits, we could add those as additional bullet points under Benefits (maybe as "Practice advantages").
But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can include them as part of Benefits section as bullet points.
Now Pay: The posting includes base compensation etc. But we already have base compensation under Benefits. However we need a Pay section per instruction if posting actually states them. The posting does state compensation details. So we should have a Pay section with details: Base compensation $500,000 to $600,000+, Additional STEMI call coverage pay, Collections-based compensation model, Partnership-track opportunity. However note that Partnership-track opportunity is more about career progression than pay. But we can include.
But we must avoid duplication: If we put base compensation also in Benefits, that duplicates. Better to separate: Pay section for compensation details (base, additional STEMI call coverage pay, collections-based model). Benefits section for non-monetary benefits: comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, partnership-track opportunity (maybe), entrepreneurial environment, autonomy, rapid patient access, expansion strategy, etc. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Pay and Benefits into one section? But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. They didn't forbid having both Pay and Benefits sections if content exists. We have both.
We need to ensure we don't repeat same info in two places. Let's decide:
- Pay section: Base compensation $500,000 to $600,000+, Additional STEMI call coverage pay, Collections-based compensation model.
- Benefits section: Comprehensive benefits package, Relocation assistance available, Partnership-track opportunity, Entrepreneurial private practice environment, Significant autonomy and influence in practice growth, Rapid patient access and strong referral relationships, Aggressive expansion strategy (New PET-CT program, Additional satellite clinics, Planned ASC development, Continued provider growth).
Also maybe "Strong APP and clinical support structure" is more about responsibilities? Actually that is under Opportunity Highlights; we could keep there.
Now Schedule: The posting includes "Employment Status Full Time Shift Days". So we can put Schedule: Full Time, Shift Days.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings and
or
- .
We must not include any markdown code fences.
Let's craft:
