This isn't a traditional interventionist position
You'll have the opportunity to make an impact in two important ways: supporting students' behavioral growth while providing targeted mathematics intervention.

What might a week look like?
- Provide targeted math intervention to help students build confidence and strengthen foundational skills.
- Support students in developing positive behaviors that maximize learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop intervention strategies and monitor student progress.
- Analyze student data to identify needs and adjust supports.
- Build meaningful relationships that encourage student success both inside and outside the classroom.
- Celebrate growth with students, families, and colleagues.
