Responsibilities
- Join a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in digital and model-based engineering, mission and systems of systems engineering, AI-enabled systems engineering, agile systems engineering, systems security engineering, and mechanical/aerospace engineering.
- Apply foundational knowledge of systems engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics methodologies, frameworks, tools, and programming languages.
- Work independently and demonstrate interest in public service through previous experience, volunteer activities, or other relevant engagements.
Requirements
- Must be a full-time student pursuing an accredited degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Must continue enrollment during the internship period.
- Exhibit sustained excellence in academic performance.
Qualifications
- Experience applying systems engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics methodologies in an internship, research, or lab setting.
- Proficiency in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or physics methodologies, frameworks, tools, and programming languages.
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate commitment to public service.

Pay
The salary compensation range and midpoint for this position is $46,500 - $58,000 - $69,500 annually.
