About the role
This purpose of this posting is to solicit candidates who may be interested in participating in an internship with Indian Creek Foundation. Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and facilitating peer support groups
- Support staff in providing services to clients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs
- Participate in regular meetings with the team to discuss progress and challenges
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting others and making a positive impact
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
