Internship, Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience, Customer Experience for Sales & Delivery Operations (Fall 2026)

What You'll Do

• Aid in the development and documentation of visual guidelines, contributing to the definition of how new products and experiences are presented in-store.
• Support the audit process of showroom presentations across North American locations by collecting visual data, analyzing consistency, and reporting deviations.
• Collaborate with the Retail Experience and Store Design team to create standardized procedures that optimize and scale visual execution in stores.
• Maintain a central library of visual reference materials and merchandising best practices.
• Participate in store visits (both virtual and in-person) and assist in the preparation of retail toolkits, visual playbooks, and rollout documents.
• Contribute ideas and conduct research that supports the evolution of store presentation and brand storytelling.

What You'll Bring

• Pursuing a degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Marketing, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• A strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, with a passion for brand storytelling through space and design.
• A detail-oriented and highly organized approach, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
• The ability to analyze visual data and provide insights to drive consistency.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn from cross-functional teams.

Pay

Expected Compensation: $20.43 - $33.65/hour + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
