About the role

HNI's summer internship program offers first-hand experience in your field of interest. You'll work on projects that create value for our business partners.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects that enhance company success and align with individual interests
• Receive a project (or two!) for the summer and work directly with a mentor for technical and professional guidance
• Participate in professional development sessions including learning from and networking with senior leadership
• Enjoy professional and social networking opportunities in the Muscatine community

Requirements

• Minimum 2.8 GPA pursuing a four-year degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field
• Achieved high academic achievement in education pursuits
• Strong leadership characteristics and active in college activities

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Adaptable and flexible
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and email/internet skills
• Possess positive and professional interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
