About the role

Join our team through our Internship Program which will provide you with hands-on learning experience, interactive on-the-job training, and various networking opportunities. Opportunities are available for:

  • 2027 Spring Internship – Audit, Tax, and Small Business (minimum 20 hours per week)
  • Summer Internship – Audit (32 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Exposure to a variety of clients and engagements
  • Various assignments consisting of organizing and uploading tax documents, reconciling tax data input, preparing business and individual tax returns, and projects relating to depreciation and fixed assets
  • Networking with peers and team members at all levels
  • Participation in team-building exercises and community outreach activities
  • Participation in continuous learning and leadership development workshops
  • Collaboration with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiencies

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Desire to pursue the CPA designation and a career in professional services/public accounting

Essential Functions

  • Regularly required to perform manual tasks, concentrate, think, learn, communicate, sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, grasp, handle or feel objects, reach with arms, talk, and hear
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
  • Occasionally move about inside the office and on-site at client locations, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull
  • Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel to local and non-local clients and events as needed; overnight travel may be required
