About the role
Join our team through our Internship Program which will provide you with hands-on learning experience, interactive on-the-job training, and various networking opportunities. Opportunities are available for:
- 2027 Spring Internship – Audit, Tax, and Small Business (minimum 20 hours per week)
- Summer Internship – Audit (32 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Exposure to a variety of clients and engagements
- Various assignments consisting of organizing and uploading tax documents, reconciling tax data input, preparing business and individual tax returns, and projects relating to depreciation and fixed assets
- Networking with peers and team members at all levels
- Participation in team-building exercises and community outreach activities
- Participation in continuous learning and leadership development workshops
- Collaboration with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiencies

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Desire to pursue the CPA designation and a career in professional services/public accounting

Essential Functions
- Regularly required to perform manual tasks, concentrate, think, learn, communicate, sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, grasp, handle or feel objects, reach with arms, talk, and hear
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
- Occasionally move about inside the office and on-site at client locations, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel to local and non-local clients and events as needed; overnight travel may be required
