About the role

Million Dollar Baby Co. started in 1990 and is proudly family-owned and operated in Los Angeles. We’ve also pioneered Styrofoam-free packaging for several of our best-selling collections — an innovation that reduces waste while protecting our products during shipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer support for both internal and external clients.
• Participate in various business management operations within the wholesale/distribution business.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives across different departments including Branding/Marketing, Operations, and Accounting.

Requirements

• Fast and passionate learner with a strong desire to solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
• Open to receiving and incorporating feedback to continuously improve.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Enthusiastic and eager to take on challenges.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated (undergraduates and MBAs).
• At least 24 hours per week during Fall and Spring, or 40 hours per week during Summer.
• Passionate about the consumer products industry.

Pay

California pay range: $23 USD - $30 USD

Schedule

Minimum of 24 hours per week during Fall and Spring, or 40 hours per week during Summer.
