Internship in Global Client Group - Charlotte (Undergraduate & Master's)

About the role

Dimensional’s summer internship offers the opportunity to work alongside top asset management professionals, developing innovative, academically backed ways of improving the investment experience. The Global Client Group (GCG) is Dimensional's distribution arm, focusing on building deep, enduring business relationships with financial advisors, institutions, and consultants. Interns will support the GCG’s mission to understand clients’ evolving needs and deliver a better investment experience.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral part in the day-to-day support provided to Dimensional’s clients over a 9-week program.
• Learn how Dimensional applies academic research principles to real-world investing.
• Work on presentation and analytical projects, culminating in a final presentation to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 3.2; pursuing an undergraduate or specialized Master’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 – June 2028.
• Interest in financial markets and a passion for improving the investment experience.
• Understanding and appreciation of Dimensional’s investment philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to proactively identify and help others solve problems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with the ability to learn new programs as needed.
