About the Role

The New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) is seeking exceptional interns to support our curriculum development for in-demand educational programs. These programs cover a blend of in-person and digital training solutions tailored for the business and financial services industry. Interns will also have the unique opportunity to collaborate with NYIF's consulting team on strategic advisory assignments, gaining valuable insights into the financial education and advisory landscape. We are looking for academically driven young professionals eager to help elevate our programming for clients. As an intern, you will assist the Academic Director and the Products team in developing innovative solutions to meet the financial training and consulting needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Research and Development: Assist in creating presentation material, interactive content, and assessments for financial and technological training programs.
• Consulting Support: Provide research and technical assistance for consulting assignments, contributing to impactful client solutions.
• Course Development: Collaborate in the development of NYIF courses on platforms like Coursera and edX.
• Case Study Design: Research and design relevant case studies for use in training programs, enhancing the learning experience for participants.

Requirements

• MBA or MS Degree with a specialization in Finance, Business, Strategy, Data Science, or Technology Management.
• Proficiency in coding, particularly Python, R, and/or Visual Basic is a plus.
• Strong ability to independently research and report on diverse business and financial topics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong personal credibility and a respect for cultural and ethnic diversity.
