We are dedicated to empowering independent financial professionals—including traditional and hybrid RIAs—to grow their businesses and deliver exceptional client service. The 2026 internship will be based in our corporate office in Austin, TX, and in many of our member firms nationwide. Based on background and major, interns will be assigned to one of the following groups:

• Client Service
• Compliance
• Operations
• Product/Data
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Marketing
• Legal
• Technology
• Investment Management

Interns will work on key projects with specific goals and activities outlined by the leaders in their assigned groups. They will gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, market insights and outlook, technology platforms, and how we provide services and support to our firms.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Preference for undergraduate juniors and seniors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Highly motivated and driven individual
• Demonstrated ability to work well with teams
• Strong time-management capabilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret numeric data
• Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in a client-service-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge and/or a keen interest in finance and wealth management
