• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; 20/20 Design or CAD experience is a plus
• A customer-focused mindset and professional demeanor
• Proactive, dependable, and enjoys problem-solving
• Interest in design, construction, or building a long-term career with RBS

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in exploring products and design solutions
• SUPPORT showroom operations and displays
• LEARN about cabinetry, kitchens, baths, and home design trends
• HELP create an exceptional customer experience
• WORK alongside experienced team members who will mentor and guide you
