We’re seeking interns to be a cornerstone in building a strong foundation as we scale. This role will support different departments across the company depending on business needs and the intern’s strengths and interests. This opening is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Position Overview

We are accepting general expressions of interest for internship opportunities across multiple departments within the company. This posting is intended for students, recent graduates, or individuals exploring a career change who want hands-on experience in the construction industry. Interns may support teams in operations, project management, estimating, field operations, administration, accounting, marketing, safety, or other areas depending on company needs and applicant background. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants practical exposure to how a construction company operates day to day while working alongside experienced professionals.

Potential Areas of Exposure

• Project Management / Operations
• Assisting with project documentation
• Tracking submittals, RFIs, and schedules
• Supporting coordination between office and field teams
• Attending project meetings and site walks
• Field / Superintendent Support
• Assisting with site logistics and reporting
• Helping maintain project records and photos
• S supporting safety documentation and coordination
• Observing construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Estimating
• Aiding with quantity takeoffs
• Organizing bid documents
• S supporting subcontractor outreach
• Reviewing plans and specifications
• Administrative / Office Support
• Organizing files and records
• Assisting with data entry and reporting
• S supporting internal process improvement efforts
• Helping coordinate meetings and communications
• Marketing / Business Development
• Aiding with proposal preparation
• S supporting social media or project marketing efforts
• Organizing project photography and company materials
• Researching potential clients or opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Interest in construction, operations, engineering, business, or related fields
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic computer proficiency
Positive attitude and reliability
Preferred but not required: Prior internship or construction exposure
Enrollment in a college, trade school, or technical program
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software

Work Environment

Depending on the internship assignment, work may include:
Office-based work
Jobsite visits
Hybrid schedules where appropriate
Some internships may require local travel to jobsites.

Compensation

Internship compensation will depend on experience, schedule availability, and department placement.
