Responsibilities
- Design, define, and validate analog/mixed-signal IP blocks
- Provide guidance to physical designers on critical aspects of block layout
- Document and review critical aspects of design architecture, implementation, and testing processes
- Participate in top-level simulation-based verification of the IC to ensure performance
- Guide lab and test engineers in the validation and characterization of mixed-signal IP
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Strong understanding of both analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles
- Familiarity with simulation tools and methodologies for IC validation
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic experience in validation and characterization using lab equipment like oscilloscopes and signal analyzers
Pay
Indicative hourly wage range for a qualified candidate in El Segundo, CA: US$32.00 – US$38.50. Rate depends on the highest level of education completed.
