Interns - Construction & Engineering
About the role
Are you ready to turn classroom knowledge into real-world experience? Ruhlin is looking for motivated, driven students who are pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, and other construction-related fields to join our Internship Program. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working on construction projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to work that helps shape the communities Ruhlin serves. This is an opportunity to apply your education in a real-world setting, develop industry-specific skills, expand your professional network, and explore potential career paths within the construction industry.
Internship schedule
Internship opportunities are available for Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions, offering flexibility to align with your academic schedule. Positions are available in both Northeast Ohio and the Columbus, Ohio area.
Training & Development
Every intern is paired with an experienced mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the internship. You'll gain exposure to a variety of responsibilities, projects, and day-to-day operations while building practical skills that will benefit you long after graduation.
Student Scholarship Program
Summer Interns have the opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they've developed during their internship by participating in seven program activities during the work term. At the conclusion of the summer internship period, scholarships will be awarded to the three highest-scoring students.
