Internet Salesperson

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads quickly and efficiently
• Take ownership of your leads from initial contact through after-sale
• Maintain daily CRM and proven Internet Process
• Work directly with BDC team to manage customer database
• Serve as a customer and dealership advocate while driving results
• Meet required performance expectations (units and closing %)

Basic Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales or a similar role is preferred
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• High level of accountability for performance and results

Schedule

Sales team members work a rotating schedule with shifts of 8:30 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and must be available to work either shift as needed. The schedule includes one weekday off, every other Sunday, and open-to-close availability on Saturdays.
